THE MINE FOREMAN WAS WATCHING WORKMAN BUILD A SEAL WHEN A PIECE OF ROOF ROCK FELL STRIKING THE MINE FLOOR, IT THEN FELL OVER STRIKING HIM IN THE RIGHT KNEE.
