MINER WAS LOCATED IN A BOTLED INTERSECTION WHILE SUB JECT WAS SERVICING MINER. MINER WAS LOCATED INTERSECTION #1 ENTRY SUBECT RECEIVED A HAIR LINE FRACTURE OF ONE BONE IN HAND.
