EMPL WAS CHECKING OUT TRIP UNITS ON UNDERGROUND POWER BOX OUTSIDE BEFORE WE WERE TO TAKE IT UNDERGROUND. HE STEPPED ON A PIECE OF WIRE ROPE & IT FLIPPED UP INTO CATHEAD & GROUNDED IT FROM PH ASE TO PHASE & BURNED HIS RIGHT HAND. HE CAME BACK & WORKED THREE SHIFTS AFTER HIS ACCIDENT.
