WHILE TRAVELING FROM INSIDE THE MINE TO THE SURFCE VIA BATTERY POWERED SCOOP THE INURED PERSON STRUCK THE WOODEN STRUCTURE ERECTED FOR A CANOPY IN FRONT OF THE NO. 1 ENTRY DRIFF OPENING A WOOD BOARD 2X8X12 FELL AND STRUCK HIM ON THE BACK OF HIS NECK.
