THE MECHANIC WAS IN THE CAB OF A 769 ROCK TRUCK TO LOWER THE BED OF THE ROCK TRUCK.THE BED OF THE ROCK TRUCK CAME DOWN WITH A JAR AND THUS PRODUCED A NECK STRAIN FOR THE MECHANIC.

WHILE CHANGING TOP ROLLER ON D9H DOZER THE MECHANIC REACHED UNDER THE TRACK AND PROCEEDED TO PULL AND OR JERK TOP ROLELR FROM TRACK FRAME. HE DID NOT HAVE THE FULL WEIGHT OF TRACK OFF THE TO P ROLLER, AND AS HE PULLED, THE WEIGHT OF THE TRACK CAUGHT HIS GLOVE AGAINS THE TOP ROLLER AND INJURED HIS RIGHT RING FINGER. JOB TASK HAS BEEN DONE MANY TIME BY MECHANIC, BUT SAFETY MEASURES
