AT THE TIME OF INJURY WE WERE PILLAR MINING THERFORE MR. YOUNG WAS SETTING TIMBERS. THE TIMBERS WERE IN A SCOOPE BUCKET. AS MR. YOUNG BENT OVER TO PICK-UP A TIMBER HE HAD SEVERE PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
