EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN TAIL ROLLER WHILE BELT WAS RUNNING AND GOT HIS HAND CAUGHT. EMPLOYEE WAS TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY.
