SCOOP WAS UNLOA8ING COAL AT DUMPING POINT. THERE WAS A LARGE ROCK IN SCOOP. HE PULLED ROCK OUT OF SCOOP BUCKET LETTING IT FALL ON HIS HAND. ROCK CAUGHT HIS HAND AGAINST BOTTOM. HIS MIDDLE FIN GER ON LEFT HAN8 WAS BROKEN.
