BRUISED WRIST ON THE LEFT HAND AS A RESULT OF THE HAND HELD COAL DRILL HANDLE STRIKING THE VICTIM. THE COAL DRILL CLUTCH WAS OPERATING PROPERLY UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS HOWEVER WATER WAS COMING OUT OF THE COAL AND ADDITIONAL FORCE APPLIED TO THE DRILL RESULTED IN IT HANDING.
