I NAME STOPPED LOADER TO TALK TO I NAME WHO HAD JUST DRIVEN UP AND GOT OUT ON RT HAND SIDE OF MACHINE INSTEAD OF LEFT AND SOMEHOW SLIPPED ON BOTTOM STEP IT HAD BEEN RAINING AND CAUGHT THS SOLE OF HIS SHOE SOMEHOW AND FELL ON LEFT SIDE IT WAS NOT UNTIL APP 9 30 PM THAT NIGHT THAT HE BEGAN TO HURT HE WENT TO EMERGENCY ROOOM FOR X RAYS HE PULLED LIGAMENTS IN RT FOOT
