HE HAD BEEN BACK TO WORK ON LIGHT DUTY,HE WAS LYING UNDER D9 DOZER HELPING OTHER WORKERS WORK ON THE DOZER.HE SAID HE FELT A PAI N IN THE BACK O0 HIS NECK.
