AT APPROX 10:45 AM ON 12/14/88 SHOT WAS FIRED AFTER MEN H AD BEEN REMOVED TO DISTANCE OF APPROX 600'. MEN W ERE UNDER ROCK TRUCK FOR PROTECTION WHEN SHOT WAS DTONATED. EMPL WAS STRUCK BY FLY R OCK BREAKING HAND.
AT APPROX. 10:45 AM ON 12-14-88, A SHOT WAS FIRED AFTER THE MEN HAD BEEN REMOVED TO A DISTANCE OF APPROX. 600 FEET. THE MEN WERE UNDER A ROCK TRUCK FOR PROTECTION WHEN THE SHOT WAS DETONATED. THE EMPLOYEE WAS STRUCK BY FLY ROCK BREAKING HIS LEG.
