A ROOF FALL OCCURRED APPROX. 20 FT OUTBY FACE NO.4 ENTRY IN AN INTERSECTION. THE FALL WAS 25 FT LONG BY 25 FT WIDE AND FELL OUT APPROX. 48 INCHES HIGH. DUE TO A MUD SEAM IN A FAULT AREA THAT C OULD NOT BE DETERMINED BY DRILLING.
