HE HAD ASKED THE WITNESS IN FRON T OF ANOTHER WITNESS TO GOT HOME. THE WITNESS TOLD HIM TO TAKE HIS CAR BUT HAVE IT BACK AT 4:00 TO PICK HIM UP.
