SUBJECT TWO OTHER WORKERS HAD PREVOUSLY SHOT INTO THE MINE ROOF TO GAIN MORE HEIGHT FOR AN UNDERGROUND BATTERY CHARGING CHANGING STATION. WHILE THEY WERE RE-BOLTING AND CLEANING THIS AREA UP, A PIECE OF ROCK FELL OUT BETWEEN PERMANENT SUPPORTS STRIKING VICTIM IN HEAD.
