EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING IN A WATER HOLE ONE HAND ON TOP OF BOLTER AND THE OTHER TRAMMING FORWARD. HIS ELBOW CAUGHT THE TOP AND IT FOLDED HIS HAND DOWN AND CRACKED HIS WRIST.
