IT IS UNKNOWN WHAT HAPPENED. NO TIME WAS LOST, BUT THE EMPLOYEE WENT TO THE DOCOTR WITH ONE OF HIS ARMS. HE IS LAID OFF AND I COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM FOR DETAIL INFORMATION. THE INSURA NCE COMPANY GAVE ME THIS INFORMATION.
