MAN WAS HELPING ON BOLTER, REPLACING BOLTS AT PORTAL OF #2 ENTRY. THE TOP WAS 9\ HIGH AND THE BOLTER OPERATOR NEEDED HELP HOLDING HIS STEEL TO START A HOLE. THE BOLTER STEEL CAME LOOSE AND HI T THE MAN HELPING ON THE HAND, HURTING HIS THUMB.
