WAS DRIVING ROCK HAULER AND WAS BACKING UP TO THE DUMP SITE WHEN HE REPORTED THE BRAKE FALLED AND THE AHUYLER AND DRIVER WENT OVER EMBANKMENT NO SERIOUS INJURIES BUT HAD X RAYS TO BE SURE ONLY BRUISED TRUCK WAS CHECKED OUTAND REPORTED TO HAVE HAD BRAKES.
