EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING LUMPOS OF COAL FROM BOTTOM UPON TO TAILPIECE AND PULLED A MISCLE IN HIS ABCK. HE NOTIFIED OPERATOR AT 10:00AM 04/23/88.
MAN PULLED DRAW3ROCK AND BEGING PINNING TOP. THE ROCK NEXT TO FACE WOULD NOT PULL. HE WAS GOING TO PUT PIN IN ROCK WHEN HE START THE FIRST SECTION OF STEEL ROCK BROKE AND MASHED THUMB ON LEFT HAND ON HEAD P3NNER.
