THERE WAS NO WI7NESSES TO ACTUALLY WHAT HAPPENED, BUT ALL REPORTED THAT HE WAS GRADING PIT HAUL ROAD FOR TRUCKS, WHEN FOREMAN ON JOB NOTICED THE GRADER GOING OVER THE HILL. WHEN FOREMAN (D, WA RD) INVESTIGATE8, THE PROBLEM, HE FOUND EMPLOYEE LYING BESIDE OF THE ROAD AND FOUND HIM TO BE PARTIALLY UNCONSCIOUS AND HAD FALLEN OFF OF GRADER. NOTE EMPLOYEE REPORTED HE FAINTED.
