EMP WAS WAITING FOR REPAIRS TO HIS EQUIPMENT (BULLDOZER) THAT HE WAS OPERATING AND IN THE PROCESS OF WARMING BY A FIRE, HIS CLOTHING CAUGHT FIRE. HE RECEIVED BURNS TO HIS BACK AND HIP AREAS
