THE INJURED MAN IS A REPAIRMAN. WHILE TRYING TO REPAIR A BELT DRIVE HE OPENED THE DOOR ON A 200AMP-480VAC, FUSED SWITCH BOX & HOOKED THE BELT DRIVE TO THE POWER WITH THE DOOR STILL OPEN. HE T URNED THE POWER ON. AFTER CHECKING TYHE DRIVE HE PULLED THE POWER & THE BOX FLASHED.
