LIGHTENING WENT THROUGHT THE PHONE LINE KNOCKING THE EMPLOYEE TO THE GROUND.
EMPLOYEE WAS CARRYHING A BOX OF RESIN AROUND IN FRONT OF LOADER WHEN HE STARTED HAVING BACK PAIN.
A PIECE OF DRILL STEEL CAME LOOSE AND HIT EMPLOYEE ON THE MOUTH.
INJURED A CONTRACTED ENGINEER FOR AQUIP COAL WAS AT OUR MINE TO SET 1 SPADS. WHILE TRAVELING IN A BUGGY, THE BUGGY HIT THE RIB OF THE MINE. HE AND HIS PARTNER WERE THE ONLY TWO IN TH E BUGGY AND THEY AREA BOTH EMPLOYEE OF ABBOTT ENGINEERING.

EMPLOYEE SAID HE WAS STANDING ON THE FUEL TANK OF THE COAL TRUCK. HE SAID HE FELL OFF ONTO THE SCALES AT THE PENDER TIPPLE. HE SAID HE THEN FELL FROM THE SCALES TO THE GROUND.
