EMPLOYEE WAS PINNING A PLACE WHEN A ROCK CAME DOWN (RODE DOWN) BETWEEN A BOLT AND SAFETY JACK. THE ROCK RODE EMPLOYEE OVER THE PINNER (DID NOT ACTUALLY FALL DOWN ON HIM- IT RODE HIM DOWN). ROC ROCK WAS 18" WIDE, 2" THICK AND 28" LONG.
