ROCK FALL OCCURED INT HE INTERSECTION OF THE FACE AREA IN THE 2 HEADING ROCK FALL WAS ESTIMATED AT 18 INCH WIDE 7 TO 10 FT THICK AND 20 FT IN LENGTH ROCK FELL ABOVE THE ANCHORAGE OF THE 4 FT R ESIN RODS THAT WAS BEING USED ROCK APPAEARED TO BE A BIG SLIP HORSEBACK IN THE INTERSECTION.
