SHUTTLE CAR EITHER HIT A PIECE OF COAL ON ROADWAY OR HIT A LOW PLACE CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO BE JOLTED FROM THE SEAT AND BACK DOWN THEREFORE CAUSING DAMAGE TO CARTILAGE AROUND RIBS - NO BROKEN BONES OR OTHER INJURIES. INJURY CAUSED SOLELY BY BODILY MOTION.
