EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING THE WATER IN A CAT D8K DOZER. HE TURNED THE CAP FOR PREASURE RELEASE ONLY AND THE CAP BLEW OFF, THUS CAUSING HOT WATER AND STEAM 180 TO 200 DEGREES TO HIT THE EMPLOYEE IN THE FACE AND LEFT ARM. SCALDING AND LISTERING OCCURED.
