INJURED WAS TRIMMING EXCESS MATERIAL FROM A 3 MIL MY LAR MAP WITH A SINGLE EDGE RAZOR BLADE INJURED S LEFT RING FINGER WAS APPARENTLY IN THE PATH OF THE BLADE RESULTING IN AMPUTATION OF APPROX . 1/16 INCH OF THE TIP OF THE RING FINGER.
