EMPLOYEE SAID HE LEFT THE LOADING MACHINE RUNNING AND GOT HIS SLAT BAR, AND PROCEEDED TO PULL SOME CAP COAL IN THE FACE. BUT THE EMPLOYEE SAID HE WAS REACHING OUT TO PULL THE CAOP COAL AT THE EDGE OF THE ROOF SUPPORT WHEN THE ROCK ELL. THE EMPLOYEE SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.
