THE CUTTER OPERATOR MOVED THE MACHINE O VER IN THE DIRECTION OF THE INJURED EMPLOYEE TO FACILITATE TRAMMING OF THE MACHINE AND CAUGHT THE INJURED EMPLOYEE'S FEET BETWEEN THE FLOOR OR RIB AND THE MACHINE.
