THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS INJURED WAS SITUATED IN THE CROSSCUT (1ST) OUTBY THE FACE BETWEEN NO.'S 6 & 7 HEADINGS BETWEEN THE CUTTER MACHINE AND OUTBY BLOCK. THE CUTTER OPERATOR MOVED THE MACHINE O VER IN THE DIRECTION OF THE INJURED EMPLOYEE TO FACILITATE TRAMMING OF THE MACHINE AND CAUGHT THE INJURED EMPLOYEE'S FEET BETWEEN THE FLOOR OR RIB AND THE MACHINE.
