THE VICTIM WAS DRILLING A HOLE TO INSTALL A BOLT THROUGH A 6 IN X 8 IN COLLAR WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK FELL ON HIS FINGER. THE ROCK APPARENTLY WAS LAYING ON THE COLLAR AND THE VIBRATION CAUSED IT TO FALL.
