THE INJURED SAFETY INSTRUCTOR FOR REPO ENERGY WAS VISITING MINE SITE TO DELIVER DUST SAMPLERS.NAME-MINE FOREMAN CAME OUT OF MINE AND FOUND THE INJURED LYING ON THE GROUND.HE ASKED WHAT HAD AHP PENED.THE INJURED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW.HE SEEMED TO BE IN A DAZE AND LATER ASKED THE FOREMAN WHAT HAD HAPPENED.
