INJURED HAD PULLED HIS SHUTTLE CAR UP TO THE FEEDER TO DUMP AND ONE SIDE OF THE BELT TAILPIECE HAD COME LOOSE AND STOPPED THE BELT HE WENT AROUND THE TAILPIECE WHERE THE SWITCH WAS TO KEEP THE BELT FROM STARTING AGAIN WHEN THE OTHER TAILPIECE JACK CAME LOOSE AND THE TAILPIECE CAME AROUND AND HIT HIM ON THE RIGHT HIP, KNEE AND THIGH AND LOWER LEG.
