SUBJECT WAS WORKING ON A BOLT MACHINE WHILE ON TOP OF IT ON HIS KNEES PART OF THE METAL LID WHICH HIS KNEE WAS ON PUSHING UNDER HIS KNEE CAPBRUISED HIS TENDONS & LIGAMENTS IN HIS KNEE.
