THE EMPLOYEE WAS RIDING IN SCOOP BUCKET 10 BREAKS OFF SECTION ON WAY OUTSIDE. WHEN SCOOP ROUNDED CURVE EMPLOYEE SLIPPED, GRABBED BUCKET TO KEEP FROM FALLING. THE DRIVER SWERVED AND HIT RIB SMA SHING HIS FINGERS AND LACERATING THE MIDDLE AND RING FINGERS ON RIGHT HAND.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING MAN-TRIP TO FUEL UP AND FAILED TO TAKE PROPER PARKING PROCEUDRES. MAN-TRIP BEGAN TO ROLL AND EMPLOYEE UMPED ON MAN-TRIP COULD NOT GAIN CONTROL AND PA NICED THEN JUMPED OFF INJURING ARM AND LEG.
THE EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OFF MANTRIP AND TWISTED HIS KNEE AS HE DID THIS.
THE EMPLOYEE HAD WALKED OVER TO CHECK THE COAL PIT ANDWHEN HE TURNED TO GO BACK TO OFFICE. HE TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE.
EMP WAS BOLTING TOP WHEN A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL HITTING HIM ON SHOULDER AND PINKY FINGER.
