ROOF FALL OCCURRED IN THE FACE OF THE NO. 2 ENTRY. INBY SPAD NO. 47 A HILL SEAM THAT WAS NOT DETECTED ON DEVELOPEMENT THIS WAS DETERMINED TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE ROOF FALL. IT MEASUED APP. 18 FEET WIDE, 22 FEET LONG, 2 FEET HIGH.
