THE EMPLOYEE WAS ROOF BOLTING WITH THE OTHER ROOF BOLTER. THE INJURED EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HIS INJURY WAS CAUSED BY THE SECOND EMPLOYEE STRIKING OR HITTING HIM WITH A PINNER. THE SECOND EMPLOY EE DENIES ANY ALLEGATION OF HITTING THE FIRST EMPLOYEE. THE SECOND EMPLOYEE STATED THAT THE FIRST EMPLOYEE FELL.
