SLIP DUE TO WET SHOES. FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING SLIGHT JAR, NOTICED PAIN IN RIGHT SIDE, WORKED FIVE TO TEN MINUTES, THEN HAD TROUBLE BREATHING AND WAS TRANSPROTED TO HOSPITAL. INJURED THOUGHT HE WAS HVING GAS PAINS AT FIRST WAS THE REASON HE DIDN'T GET TREATMENT IMMEDIATELY. INJURED SAID HE HADN'T FALLEN OR HAD ANY SUDDEN BLOWS DURING THE DAY OTHER THAN THE FOOT SLIPPING FROM BOTTOM
