HE WAS OPERATING A 45 DRILLER WHEN ONE OF THE OUTRIGGER PADS FELL OFF, WHICH WEIGHED ABOUT 100 LB. HE WAS ROLLING IT OUT OF THE WAY. HE SAID HE PULLED SOMETHING OUT IN HIS BACK. HE NOTIFIED HI S FOREMAN ABOUT 3 HR LATER HE HAD HURT HIS BACK.
