EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO UNLOAD SEVERAL SCREENS OUT OF A LOADED BUCKET ONE AT A TIME, ONTO A FLATBED TRAILER. WHEN HE PULLED THE TOP SCREEN OFF THEY ALL CAME OUT AND STRUCK HIM ON THE RT. KNEE.
