Miner was stacking stone on a pallet by hand when miner felt a pull in wrist. It got worse overnight so miner was sent to the clinic. Miner suffered a strain of left wrist and was placed on restricted duty.

Worker was operating a forklift. He went to step down from the forklift and felt a pull in his left calf.

Operator was cutting stone using a guillitone cutter. When he cut the stone, his L hand was under the back of the stone. The stone fell backwards on his hand, causing a fracture to the middle finger of his L hand. No Lost time.

Employee was taking a stone off of the conveyor belt and was going to stack it on a pallet. It slipped out of his hands and when he tried to catch it, he caught his right pinky finger between two stones.
Was stacking stone from conveyor onto pallet and then felt a pull in his lower back.
He was walking back for his lunch break and he twisted his ankle.

He was catching stone, and when he finished moving a big stone... he felt a pain in his lower mid-back.

HE TOLD HIS SUPERVISOR THAT HIS BACK JUST STARTED HURTING.
