AIR WAS THEN FORCED INTO TANK TO DILUTE AIR WAS THEN FORCED INTO TANK TO DILUTE THE GAS INSIDE. AS HE ATTEMPTED TO BARZE THE LEAKS THE TANK EXPLODED BREAKING HIS LEFT ARM.

THE INJURED WAS UNLOADING AN UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS MINER FROM A LOWBOY TRAILER WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND SPRAINING HIS RIGHT ANKLE.IT WAS RAINING AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
