Hawaiian Rock Products · Fall from machine

Hand hold on dump truck for access to cab had grease or oil residue on the surface. When the employee reached for the grab bar their hand slipped off causing them to fall backwards. Employee reached out with their hand to break their fall which resulted in their hand striking the ground.
