Employee was nailing concrete forms together while in a kneeling position. When he stood up, he said he had a sharp pain in his lower back.

Employee was inside lowering chain to another employee when weight of chain became too much for him to hold. When the chain un-rolled and fell to the ground, it caught his right thumb. Small abrasions and a sprain resulted.
