EE WAS TOLD TO FUEL THE EXCAVATOR. WHEN HE FINISHED HE PUT THE FUEL HOSES AWAY AND THEN DECIDED TO TAKE A SHORTCUT AND WALKED ON TOP OF THE FUEL TANK WHERE HE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND.
