EMP WAS WORKING TO UNPLUG DUST FROM BAGGING MACHINE AND MOVED TO SIDE OF THE BAGGER HE STUCK HIS FINGERS UNDER THE GUARD TO MOVE THE V BELT TO SEE IF IT HAD FREE PLAY ANOTHER EMP THOUGHT HE WAS CLEAR OF THE BAGGER AND PUSHED THE START BUTTON ON ELECTRIC PANEL IN DOING SO THE BELT PULLED SUBJECTS FINGERS INTO THE PULLEY
