Old Prairie Products Inc · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee slipped on some ice heading to the trailer to get some tools and landed on his right shoulder. Initial doctor diagnosis was bruised/sprained rotator cuff temporarily limiting the use of his right arm. Light duty use was recommended.
