PUSHING LIMESTONE THROUGH BANDSAW, PULLED A MUSCLE IN STOMACH.

EE WAS MOVING A ROCK OVER ON ROLLERS NO LIFTING AND HAD A SHARP PAIN IN LOWER BACK. HE TOLD CO WORKERS IT WAS AN OLD INJURY AND HE KNEW WHAT TO DO . HAD WIFE PICK HIM UP AND TAKE HIM TO ER. HE FILED ON HIS OWN INSURANCE. E.R. REPORT STATED HE MOVED WRONG AND HAD LOWER BACK PAIN.

SAW OPERATOR WAS TURNING SAW BED. UNKNOWN REASONBED TURNED SLIGHTLY THEN JAMMED CAUSING HAND AND WRIST TO BE TURNED OVER. ORIGINAL INJURY DIAGNOSED AS A DISLOCATED THUMB. X-RAY SHOWED A BROKEN WRIST.
