EE WAS MOVING A ROCK OVER ON ROLLERS NO LIFTING AND HAD A SHARP PAIN IN LOWER BACK. HE TOLD CO WORKERS IT WAS AN OLD INJURY AND HE KNEW WHAT TO DO . HAD WIFE PICK HIM UP AND TAKE HIM TO ER. HE FILED ON HIS OWN INSURANCE. E.R. REPORT STATED HE MOVED WRONG AND HAD LOWER BACK PAIN.

EE WAS LIFTING LIMESTONE KEYS FROM A PALLET ONTOA WORK BENCH. HE WAS LIFTING 3 KEYS (16 LB EACH)AT A TIME. HE SAT THE KEYS ON THE WORK BENCH. BEING OVERCENTERED, TWO OF THE KEYS FELL ONTO HIS RIGHT PALM CAUSING A BRUISE.
