AS EMPLOYEE WAS FINISHING THE DRILLING OF A BOLT HOLE HE PULLED DRILL STEEL OUT OF THE HOLE AS HIS HELPER WAS TAKING STEEL OUT OF DRILL CHUCK DRILL BECAME UNBALANCED AND FLIPPED ON PIVOT OF JA CKLEG EMPLOYEES FINGER WAS PINCHED BETWEEN DRILL AND JACKLEG
